Quinoa Garden Cakes with Lemony Yogurt
Yesterday at Whole Foods, I saw these pre-made
in the prepared food section that looked so yummy! So I looked up the recipe and tried it out tonight.
I pretty much had all the ingredients besides the squash so I just doubled the grated carrot and added some more spices to give them a kick!
They turned out really crispy and yummy, and the yogurt topping was the perfect compliment. Although they felt like they wouldn't stick together, after baking they stayed into solid patties.
